Immediate startup means -40° F dew point in four minutes so processors increase valuable process machine up time. There is no desiccant, no process
motor, regeneration motor nor regeneration heater.There are no valves and no cooling coils on high temperature applications. This breakthrough in dryer
technology reduces maintenance to a periodic changing of filters. NovaDrier? improves quality by providing consistent process air temperature, free
of spikes or deviations as well as the constant purging of volitiles from the process air. It not only dries all materials, it is easy to install and
maintain since it operates with any compressed air source. Refrigerated or desiccated air is not required. NovaDrier? stainless steel hoppers are insulated
for better temperature control so heat is not wasted by being transferred into the atmosphere.

The NovaTouch
TM Touch Screen PLC is the controller most recently introduced by NOVATEC. It is offered as a standard option on all NOVATEC
desiccant dryers and is expected to become the controller of choice by most customers. The Siemens S7-224 provides the same basic features
as the MCD-3000 but the greater reliability and the off-the-shelf advantages of the PLC along with competitive pricing will make it very
popular with processors.

The NovaTouch
TM has an easy-to-read touch screen, 3.4" x 5.6" (87mm x 119mm). The PLC is fully programmed at Novatec and has built-in
prompts to guide even the novice machine operator through the simple set up process to meet any drying requirement. Modules and communica-tions
cards can be added to enable networking and remote control so the NovaTouch? can become a platform for controlling a wide range of auxiliary
equipment. Options include an EPROM card, which makes future replacement fast, easy and economical.
